Speaker Bio:
Jennifer Berkley is passionate about helping companies and individuals benefit from having a customer focus in everything they do. She has extensive research experience using a variety of tools (surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews) to help integrate the voice of the customer into organizations to help them increase customer loyalty and retention. Prior to launching The Insight Advantage in 2000, she held a variety of roles at a global training/consulting firm, including product management—all focused on helping ensure that their customers were wild fans of their products and services.
